Regular Issues of 1959-1961

This issue is interesting, in the sense that the design has a distinct right and left half, with little feel of unity of design. On the left we have patriotic engravings, while the right is reserved for the business of denomination, "US" "Air Mail" and the silhouette of a modern jet aircraft.
