Belgium Semi-Postal: Apollo XI

This is a souvenir sheet and a semi-postal issue. You can see the sheet outside the normal boarders of the stamp; this item has been especially made for collectors. On the stamp you can see 20f + 10f. When purchased, 20 francs would be available for postage, while 10 would not, having been a contribution to a charity or some other cause. Exactly what the cause was, we have no information. If you know, do tell us!
