Tons of Steel

Image of Steel Building Silicon Valley

Old Ricard Observatory, Santa Clara University

Image of Ricard Observatory, Santa Clara University, Silicon Valley

This observatory is no longer active, now serving other purposes on the Santa Clara University campus. I got my masters in Engineering Management here. This part of the campus is a nice place to take a mid-day walk.

Smell the Roses

The Santa Clara gardens are well-kept, there are almost always roses blooming somewhere. This plant is near the old Mission Church; the flower has a light sweet scent. Let's come here again soon.

SJC Runway

Looking to the south towards the runway of San Jose International Airport (SJC). The tower is visible to the right. In the distance is the hazy San Jose skyline. A long term parking lot is in the fore-ground. It is just about noon.
