A View Towards South San Jose

It is a couple days past Summer Solstice, and you can see a feel this at Rancho San Antonio in Silicon Valley.

This view is east-south east with much of San Jose in the distance, with the flat green being suburban West Valley.

Quite a Contrast

We are on the crest of a grassy hilltop, now a brown-gold in the summer sun. In contrast, the hills with trees and brush are a deep green.

South Bay and Moffat in the Distance
